Filipino users on average spend 2.3 hours per day checking/sending their e-mail, 1.6 hours online chatting and 3 hours on surfing the web, online gaming and other internet activities. Survey also shows that 48 percent of Internet Filipino users are within the age range of 20 to 28 years old and 44 percent are within 30 to 40 years old.

Now, what’s the point? With the increasing number of mobile phone and internet users, increasing online business opportunities are also highly in demand. From Industrial age to Information age to Digital age... this generation we have now is more internet savvy than the previous one and how to “monetize” the idea is the BIG question. This coming “Digital Age” generation, these are the kids who have grown with the Internet, and who can’t complete their day without logging on to Friendster, MySpace, Hi5, Habbo, Facebook, Bebo, Tagged, YouTube, etc..
